About Wanda

 

Wanda was raised in Adairsville, Georgia, Bartow County. She married George Bline owner of a remodeling company ( www.allseasonbackyard.com ) in 1979. They gave birth to a baby girl in 1982 and named her Lacey. Wanda and her husband invested in real estate for over 20 years. Wanda worked for several major residential and highway developers. Wanda performed more then 3,000 walk-thrus. In 2005 Wanda and her daughter Lacey decided to obtain their Georgia Real Estate License. Wanda's familiarity with the real estate aided them greatly. They have been enjoying a successful career in real estate ever since.

 

Wanda enjoys going to baseball games, working in her flower gardens, attending concerts, scrapbooking, spending time outdoors, and spending time with her family and friends. Wanda and George have two dog, she is a Golden Retriever named: :"Dixie" and a adopted Toy Chihuahua named "Pixel". They also have 13 goats and an Emu named: "Big Bird".

 

About Lacey

 

Lacey was raised in Fort Myers, Florida, Lee County. In 1998 her and her family moved to Adairsville, Georgia, her mothers hometown. Lacey attended Adairsville High and majored in Marketing at Coosa Valley Technical School in Rome and Calhoun, Georgia. Lacey and her family owned a gift store in downtown Calhoun and in Adairsville. Lacey assisted her dad in his remodeling business, Porch & Patio Plus, Inc.  Lacey married Tommy Shanks from Newnan, Georgia in 2003.

 

Lacey always had a flair for marketing and shared her love of real estate with her mother. In 2005 Lacey and her mother joined as a team and started their real estate business. Lacey has applied her years of marketing and sales experience to the business.

 

Lacey enjoys walking and hiking, swimming, playing volleyball, scrapbooking, attending classic car shows with her husband, camping, and visiting waterfalls. Lacey and Tommy have 2 dogs. One adoptee named: "Puddles" and a Miniature Yorkie named: "Charlie", and they are expecting their first child.

 

The Team and Affliations

 

Wanda and Lacey are Realtors. They are members of the National Association of Realtors, the Georgia Board of Realtors, and the Bartow Board of Realtors. They are members of the Bartow-Cartersville Chamber of Commerce. They are supportive of local schools and charities and actively volunteer in the community. In 2007 Wanda and Lacey were team leaders in a March of Dimes Walk.  In 2007 Wanda and Lacey tied for Top Selling Agents. Wanda and Lacey are members of The Progressive Group, a Real Estate firm located in Cartersville, GA who serve the North Georgia and the Atlanta Metro Area.
